Sam's in Fowey and down on the small but lovely Polkerris beach, in the old lifeboat house, Sam's on the Beach is comfortable, light and airy, and the food is top notch, with great seafood, pasta and wood-oven pizzas. Overlooking Polkerris harbour and the whole of St Austell Bay beyond, this is an eatery that has tastefully put the old RNLI station back on the map. The boathouse, once at the heart of the local community, is now a top place in Fowey to enjoy tasty food and watch the sunset. Bliss
Our pub is built on the site of a much older house, which dates from the late 17th Century. Thought to be named after the smuggler and privateer John Carter, who was nicknamed the King of Prussia. The building still contains much of its old character, whilst also offering modern and stylish accommodation.
A warm welcome awaits you at the King of Prussia in Fowey from the present tenants Reg & Carol Tambling and their team
Here you can enjoy good food and fine, real ales, whilst enjoying the views.
The Blue Peter Inn, Polperro. If you haven't visited us before, where have you been? For a warm welcome, fabulous food & excellent beer, get down to Polperro & spend some time with us at The Blue Peter Inn.
You'll find us on the end of the Quay - the last pub before France! We look forward to seeing you soon.
